Booking Policy
Everything you need to know before your appointment.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Face Prep
Please arrive with a clean, makeup free face.
For best results, eyebrows should be groomed or tidied prior to your appointment.
Payments
50% of the service price is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Any add-ons selected will be added to the remaining balance.
Remaining balance must be paid on or before your appointment.
Cancellations
I understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours will incur the full remaining balance.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled depending on availability.
Extra Guests
No extra guests are permitted unless discussed prior to your appointment.
Clients under 18 may attend with only one parent or guardian.
Allergies & Skin Conditions
Please inform me before booking if you have any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
For hygiene and sanitary reasons services may be refused.

IN THE STUDIO
Hygiene
All tools, brushes, and products are thoroughly sanitised between and after every client to maintain high hygiene standards.
Content & Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during or after your appointment for content and promotional purposes.
Please let me know beforehand if you would prefer not to be photographed.
After Your Appointment
Please ensure you are satisfied with your makeup before leaving your. Any concerns must be raised, as refunds are not provided once the service has been completed.
By booking an appointment with Studio OY, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Booking Policy.
